How does the unified inbox work?
Connect Gmail and Flowgrid syncs threads beside portal tickets and website leads. You can reply in place, or turn a message into a request or project without leaving the workspace.
Can I import data from my current tools?
You can bring clients and projects in during setup, and connect email and meeting notes as you go. Deeper CSV and tool imports are expanding as we leave beta.
Is the client portal really white-labeled?
Each client gets a branded portal URL with their colors applied. Pro and Business unlock custom domains so the experience lives on your brand, not ours.
Do you charge per client or per seat?
Plans are workspace-based with seats included. Free and Starter are for solos. Pro includes three seats, Business includes ten, with add-on seats available as you grow.
